The Connected Agenda - Episode 9 - Timing

Kay Whatley enlisted the assistance of Norbert Klein who was a close friend and former colleague of her Mother Patsy. Norbert was a genius at unlocking backdoors to the largest and most sophisticated computer systems. Kay was in a race to save her friend Chip Mantooth from a foreign money laundering consortium that he unwittingly became involved with. Just over 13-hours remained before Jan Zabar, agent to Plushenko Devices would send men to eliminate Chip. Chip had skimmed money, but it was about more than the money. Chip had come to know too much and had to be eliminated. They were buying parts from US producers for the production of arms to be used in civil wars. The Connected Agenda - Episode 6 – Excess

Kay woke up without relying on Tracey's alarm and soothing reminders, which didn't kick in until she was well into her shower. Since Kay wised up to the chatbots at work, to her theory about central recycling, and now the soap she was using, Kay realized that she had given technology too much control. The damn soap was recommended by Beauty Bot because a scan revealed dry skin. Kay never noticed dry skin. This was beyond clever marketing at the grocery store. Companies were handing their products to her. With a few words, the money was withdrawn from her bank account and a drone on its way. That was the way consumers lived and it was all controlled by a few select companies.

Chip never had a huge group of friends and it was troubling to see him dangle his wealth to gain popularity. Jade lusted after him before he had the trappings of prosperity and liked Chip whether he had a great job or not. Kay was raised to help people who needed it. Chip didn't ask for help, but Kay was determined to find out if Plushenko Devices, Inc. and Jan Zabar were taking advantage of her friend's good nature.

Episode 3 - The Connected Agenda – An evening outing

Kay entered the garage lit by sensors as she walked in to check on her car. She had the best intentions to begin charging the vehicle but didn't park it close enough to the charging dock. Most newer cars began charging when they were within 50 feet of the garage. Kay liked to call her car a classic, but her friends called it a medieval piece of junk.

"Tracey, Call Jade. "Hey, a group of us are going to Captiva tonight, and Chip will be there, if you recall. Have you even taken a shower today?".
