Human resource departments are starting to see the value of big data for their operations, reports Smart Brief. 

HR hasn’t traditionally been known for using big data -- or having big enough datasets to use in analytics. But that’s been changing as more organizations recognize big data’s presence and potential in multiple areas of HR.

According to Bloomberg, big data from Alibaba helped Chinese exporters find internal markets after Covid slowed export orders.
