It only seems right to wrap up my fantasy football trilogy so close to the Super Bowl. I wanted to find out how the experts did in their fantasy football leagues. Did they come out on top? Did they lose and have to subject themselves to a humiliating punishment? And after all of this – what can we learn about using statistics vs winging it when it comes to fantasy football leagues and similar games?

With a few more weeks to go in the NFL season I checked back in with Stephanie Martin and Matty Van Riper to see if the statistics they had used to pick their fantasy football teams at the beginning of the season were proving to be successful. Was their strategy of winging it or using statistics to pick their teams working or hindering their team’s performance?
