FBI Uses Big Data to Fight Crime

According to Forbes, the FBI has a special unit that investigates crimes using big data combined with facial recognition software to find the perpetrators.
In the wake of a mass shooting or terror attacks investigators can be left with hours of CCTV footage, video from witnesses, or clips from social media.
